Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Leed Ninja and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leed Ninja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leed Ninja and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
